It’s the summer movie season, and we’re in the midst of a sea change in our society around the country.
With the arrival of the release of films like “The Fault in Our Stars,” and “The Mummy” on July 14, 2016, movies have been flooded with the topic of eating disorders.
The new generation of movie stars and actors are taking to social media to share their experiences with eating disorders, while there’s a growing body of research on how we can treat eating disorders better.
“People are coming out of the closet with an eating disorder, and they’re saying, ‘I have an eating problem and I don’t know what to do about it,'” said Dr. Julie Jolliffe, the medical director at the Eating Disorder Clinic at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Jolliffle is also the author of “I Am the Food: A Guide to Getting Through Your Eating Disorders.”
“It’s an incredibly powerful tool for people to get help,” she added.
Dr Jollife said there are a number of steps that people can take to help themselves with eating issues.
“They can get help from a psychologist, they can get some support from a social worker, or they can try to work with their doctor to find a treatment plan that will help them with their eating issues.”
The first step is finding out what you have.
“We don’t just want to know what the cause is,” said Jollifes.
“I don’t want to just look at the cause of it.
I want to actually see the symptoms of it and really understand it.”
For many people, it’s a matter of knowing the symptoms, but there are other things that can help.
“What I’ve found is that if you don’t identify what you’re having problems with and then identify the symptoms that you’re experiencing, that’s when you’re able to get the help that you need,” said Dr Jillifes, adding that you may have some eating disorders that you’ve had for years and it may be hard to understand why it’s bothering you.
For example, if you have binge eating disorder symptoms, it might be difficult to understand what the problem is and how to get rid of it, or you may be having issues with anxiety, depression, or other symptoms.
There are a lot of different treatments out there for eating disorders to help people get their lives back on track.
“There are a ton of different ways to address it, and there are things that people that have been through an eating issue and are trying to get their life back on line, they’re doing different things.
So you can take different steps and be different in how you approach it,” said Kaitlyn Hulsey, a clinical psychologist and founder of the Eating Disorders Forum of Canada.
“And I think for many people who are struggling, it will help.”
For some people, this may be a difficult decision, but it’s important to find out what’s working for you.
“A lot of people will be very upset and frustrated, but they can go through a very painful time with it, so you really want to make sure that you are being supportive and understanding of the feelings that are being expressed,” said Hulseys.
“So that way, you’re not blaming yourself.”
When you’re struggling with eating, it can be hard not to take a look at what’s going on.
“If you are feeling really overwhelmed and it’s like, ‘Where am I going to go?'” said Hula.
“But the good news is that there are many ways that you can start to make better decisions, and then make decisions that will really help you heal.”
